FOUNDER / ATTORNEY
Ari received his JD from the University of Michigan and began his legal career at a boutique firm specializing in cannabis licensing and related business services. With extensive experience in providing licensing, compliance, and general business legal services to clients in the cannabis and hemp industries, he has worked with numerous multi-state operators (MSOs) and is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape of the industry. In addition to his expertise in cannabis law, he also offers a range of business and transactional legal services to clients from all industries. Whether you are starting a new business, expanding an existing one, or facing other legal challenges, Ari is here to provide the support and guidance you need. \\// Prior to attending law school, Ari received a Fulbright grant to teach English in Korea and was a corps member with Teach for America. He also worked in education and education policy, including positions as a public policy fellow at the New York City Department of Education and the Tennessee State Board of Education.
